Nationwide is fantastic for me because it’s a bit like a one stop shop when setting up a new business. They work incredibly well to very tight, sometimes ridiculous deadlines and go well beyond what would be expected to be an acceptable level of customer service.
I’ve now set up 3 new businesses with them, and had the best deals on Utilities , till systems and WiFi . They helped set me up With Elavon for my card terminals and I like the fact they have next day payments and fixed prices on their rates.
The till system is through Talech and I like the ease in which I can add and remove products without the need to wait. They have visited me on site to assist with teething issues and I have found this helpful. There’s no pressure selling and they always keep in touch when a better deal comes up. They just didn’t send me a Christmas card 😩😂”
